If the size isn't perfect or the product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a simple exchange and return process.

Return & Refund

If you wish to return your order due to a change of mind, the product must be returned in unused condition.

Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed.

Delivery and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Important Notes

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
• Products purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.
