We want you to feel confident when ordering from Regal Roam.

If your order doesn’t feel right, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• unworn
• in original condition
• returned with original packaging

Returns that show visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
• Gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Eligible claims will receive a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
