Exchange Policy
We want every Regal Roam pair to fit exactly as intended.
If your size doesn’t feel right, we offer a one-time size exchange to help you find the best fit.
Size Exchanges
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• unworn
• in original condition
• returned with original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item back to our warehouse.
Once the returned pair is received and inspected, the replacement pair will be shipped.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Eligible claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
Important Notes
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Items showing visible signs of wear may not qualify for exchange.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.
