Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Regal Roam.

If the size isn't perfect or the product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a simple exchange and return process.

If you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product must be:

• unused
• in original condition
• returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to our warehouse.

Once received and inspected, the replacement pair will be shipped.

Product Replacement

If the item you received is damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

Please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
